Keith Robinson

Keith Robinson serves as the Global IT Head of Service Integration and Management at Dyson since July 2021, overseeing IT operations and services within a complex, multi-vendor environment. With extensive experience in service delivery and project management, Keith previously held key roles at Company X Consulting Limited, where expertise in service integration and management was applied, and at the Ministry of Defence, leading service management initiatives across UK defence and coordinating ICT solutions for military operations. Prior military roles include Operations Officer and Regimental Technical Officer, focusing on communication systems in diverse operational environments. Keith holds multiple Bachelor of Science degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from Cranfield University and the Royal School of Signals.
