Marlyna Tan

Marlyna Tan is a seasoned professional in governance, risk, and compliance, with extensive experience at Grab and Great Eastern. At Grab, Marlyna served as a Senior Manager, where they developed an enterprise risk management program, operationalized board-level committees, and managed post-merger integration efforts. Previously, as an Assistant Vice President at Great Eastern, Marlyna focused on data protection and operations risk management, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Marlyna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the National University of Singapore and has pursued additional studies in fine arts. Currently, Marlyna is advancing their career in Group Risk at Dyson.
