Paul Williams CEng is an accomplished engineering and management professional with extensive experience in leading innovation and product development within the automotive and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as the Director of the Office of the CEO at Dyson, Paul has successfully designed operational frameworks to support significant business growth and enhance product creation processes. Prior roles include Head of COO - Acceleration Office and Head of Automotive at Dyson, where Paul shaped the governance framework and managed the automotive business's strategic planning. With a background in innovation management at Rolls-Royce and technical project management at BAE Systems, Paul has a proven track record in driving complex projects, enhancing organizational capabilities, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Paul holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and completed an Executive Development Programme at the University of Oxford.
