Stefan Heard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and retail strategy. Currently serving as the Owner Experience Training Manager at Dyson since November 2017, Stefan is responsible for the execution of Owner Experience training strategy and the rollout of systems and processes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
