Terry Lim

Terry Lim is a skilled software leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and product development. Currently at Dyson as a Software Lead since July 2022, Terry is responsible for managing software development and operationalization of business platforms. Previously, at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Terry served as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on embedded software and CI/CD toolchains, along with mentoring junior engineers. Terry also held positions including Robotics Engineer/Product Owner at Lionsbot International, Founder of Light Array, and Launch Systems Engineer at Gilmour Space Technologies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Product Development from Singapore University of Technology and Design, along with a Data Engineering Nanodegree from Udacity and additional studies in Computer Software Engineering.
