Philip Ma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Philip started their career at Build-A-Bear Workshop as a Sales Associate from November 2007 to January 2011. Philip then worked at Bed Bath & Beyond, where they held various roles such as Sales Associate, Bridal Consultant, and Back to University Consultant from June 2012 to April 2015. Following that, they joined Dyspatch as a Technical Writer from September to December 2015, and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Associate, which they held until the present.
Philip Ma attended Camosun College from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Computer Systems Technology Diploma with a focus on Computer Science.
