Joshua S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Senior Business System Analyst at DyStar since October 2016, Joshua leads business systems for the Americas Region, translating business and user needs into system specifications and driving improvements through process analysis. Prior to DyStar, Joshua held the position of Supply Chain Business Analyst at Electrolux, leading ERP system implementations and managing demand and supply planning. Earlier experience at Family Dollar included roles as Program Manager of Workforce Management and Merchandise Analyst, overseeing substantial payroll and inventory budgets while enhancing operational processes. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Winthrop University.
