Yalin Xu

Yalin Xu has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the chemical and consumer goods industries. Yalin currently serves as the Managing Director & President of DyStar Group and has been with the company since 2012. Prior to joining DyStar, Yalin held executive positions at Lonsen-Kiri and Lonsen Group, where they served as Chairman and Group VP, respectively. Earlier in their career, Yalin worked at Ciba, Symrise AG, and Unilever, where they held various managerial and directorial positions in R&D, product management, and quality assurance. Yalin's expertise spans across different regions, including Asia-Pacific and global markets.

Yalin Xu completed a Master's degree in Chemistry from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 1982 to 1989. Additionally, they attended INSEAD in 2006 for the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program, although no degree was specified.
