Dion B Gray

Dion B Gray currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for the Americas at DYWIDAG since April 2021. Prior to this role, Dion held various leadership positions at SAS Stressteel, Inc. from 2013 to 2020, advancing from General Manager to President/CEO for North America, during which significant business transformation and performance enhancement were achieved. Dion's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager/Consultant at Bailey Information Technology Consultants LLC from 2011 to 2013, providing technical solutions for high-profile clients. Furthermore, Dion contributed to the growth of The Reinforced Earth Company over a 24-year period as a Quality Assurance Manager and Marketing & Business Development Manager, helping scale the company from $20 million to a $125 million global competitor. Dion holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Virginia State University, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
