Mike MacRi

Mike Macri is an accomplished operations and plant management professional with extensive experience in manufacturing across various sectors. Currently serving as Plant Operations Manager for Canada at DYWIDAG since July 2019, Mike oversees manufacturing operations in both Western and Eastern Canada, specializing in infrastructure products and systems. Prior to this role, Mike was employed by The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from July 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included leading operations and managing production planning as Operations Lead and Production Supervisor. Mike's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at General Motors from August 2009 to December 2015, where leadership in production supervision encompassed multiple departments and a focus on lean manufacturing practices. Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
