Robert Paterson

Robert Paterson is an experienced leader in the construction and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as Regional Director for the UK and Ireland at DYWIDAG since April 2023. Previously, Robert held the position of Group Commercial Director at Carr's Group plc from September 2021 to February 2023 and served as Commercial Director at Taziker Industrial from July 2018 to September 2021. His background includes significant roles such as Senior Operations Manager at Wood Group, overseeing the Rail and Highways Major Projects Division from May 2012 to July 2018, and Senior Planner positions at Blake Newport Associates and Lagan Construction, where Robert contributed to major projects including the Olympic Bridge Construction. Robert’s career began with the MoD Royal Engineers, where extensive project management experience was gained over 22 years.
