Kari Larson

Kari Larson, CCWP has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kari is currently working as the Director of RPO Operations at DZConneX since September 2021. Prior to that, they were an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Phenom from February 2021 to September 2021. Before that, they served as the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at BD from August 2020 to February 2021. Kari also has experience working at AgileOne, where they held multiple roles including RPO Global Solutions Architect & Compliance from October 2016 to March 2020, and Recruitment Operations Manager, Client Services RPO from June 2014 to October 2016. Kari also worked at IBM for a significant portion of their career, serving as a Sourcing & Operations Manager from August 2006 to May 2014. At IBM, they held various other roles such as Talent Acquisition Analyst, Operations Manager, and Operations Coordinator. Before their time at IBM, Kari gained experience as a Media Planning Intern at The Loomis Agency from 1998 to 2000.
