Kayla H.

Kayla H. has extensive experience in project and program management. Kayla began their career as an English Teacher at KOREA POLYSCHOOL in 2007. In 2010, they moved to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department as a Deputy Sheriff. In 2013, they joined Applied Composites as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for managing customer relations, leading cross-functional teams, creating and reporting KPIs, forecasting revenue, and conducting meetings. In 2021, they began their current role as a Project Manager at DZYNE Technologies.

Kayla H. has a diverse educational background. Kayla earned a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies from Biola University from 2003 to 2006. Kayla then completed a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul from 2006 to 2007. In 2005 to 2006, Kayla also completed a Latin American Studies program, focusing on culture, language, politics, and religion. In 2011, Kayla completed Peace Officer training from the S.T.A.R.S. Center. More recently, Kayla has obtained various certifications, including a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from LinkedIn in October 2021, a Project Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn in October 2021, and a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2020.
