Howard Shao

Howard Shao began their professional career in 1976 as a Senior Software Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation. In 1979, they moved to Transtech International Corp. as the Director of Software. Howard then joined Ingres in 1984 as the Director of Product Development. In 1989, they became the Manager of the Development Systems Software Group at Cooperative Solution. In 1990, they founded and became the Chief Technical Officer of Documentum. In 2003, they joined EMC as a Senior Vice President. Finally, they founded e2020 Technology, Inc. in 2000 and has served as Chairman, Founder, and Technical Advisor since.

Howard Shao received their MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 1983, their BS in EECS from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1978, and attended Tsai Hsing.
