Gina Bowling-Fulton, PMP

Director of Program Management, Public Safety at E-9 Corporation

Gina Bowling-Fulton, PMP has extensive experience in program management, public safety, and emergency communications. Gina began their career in 1998 as a Communications Officer/Supervisor for the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. In 2003, they became a Patrol Sergeant at the Aquia Harbour Police Department. In 2006, they provided Contractor Support for Commander, Navy Installations Command. In the same year, they also began working as a Protection Operations Specialist III at Battelle Memorial Institute. In 2009, they joined the U.S. Navy Reserve as a NEPLO/DSCA Program Support. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Telecommunications Officer for Spotsylvania County. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Senior Project Manager for Veteran Enterprise Solutions Inc (VESI). Since 2020, they have been the Director of Program Management, Public Safety for Veteran Enterprise Solutions Inc (VESI). In 2022, they will become the Director of Program Management, Public Safety for E-9 Corporation.

Gina Bowling-Fulton, PMP, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management from Jacksonville State University in 2015. Gina also holds certifications from the Project Management Institute, Disaster Recovery Institute, International (DRII), Defense Acquisition University, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the US Navy. These certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Associate Business Continuity Planner (ABCP), Acquisition 101, Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program, IS-100.a, IS-200.a, IS-230, IS-241, IS-275, IS-292, IS-300, IS-400, IS-700.a, IS-703, IS-800.b, Joint Planning Orientation Course (JOPES), Navy Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer (NEPLO) Proficiency Course, and Q-890, Introduction to Emergency Response to Terrorism.
