Previously, Carl served as a Senior Digital Marketing Technician at Heartlands Academy, where responsibilities encompassed graphic design, website management, and social media oversight. With a background in graphic design as a freelancer and experience in hospitality management roles, including assistant and pub manager positions, Carl has cultivated a diverse skill set in creative design, marketing, and operational management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of the Arts London and additional entrepreneurial studies.
