Alecia Justice

Alecia is president of e&e IT Consulting Services, Inc. In addition to selling e&e’s professional services, she oversees day-to-day operations including human resources, recruiting, account management, and finance. Passionate about client and consultant success, Alecia works closely with clients and e&e’s highly-experienced recruiters to strategically fill open positions. Her favorite part of working at e&e is building lasting relationships with people and making a difference in clients’ and employees’ lives. When Alecia’s not in the office, you can find her at Deep Creek Lake with her husband, Dylan, and beloved Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rosie. She enjoys a glass of good wine, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. Alecia earned a BA degree in Communications and Public Relations from The Pennsylvania State University.
