Rheana Joss is an experienced Ecommerce Manager currently leading online operations at E.B. Horsman & Son since December 2021, while also providing SEO consulting services for Lotus Counselling aimed at enhancing local organic traffic and managing digital marketing efforts. Prior to these roles, Rheana accumulated over a decade of experience at Refrigerative Supply in several positions, including Ecommerce Manager, Product Information Management Coordinator, Pricing Specialist, Inventory Control Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. Earlier career experience includes working as a Cardiology Technologist at Fraser Valley Health Authority and as an Administrative Assistant at Fuller Watson Brand Source. Educational qualifications include a degree in Cardiology Technology and various courses from institutions such as the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Simon Fraser University.
