Tim Horsman has a diverse work experience. Tim started their career at Siemens in 1996 as a Marketing Specialist. In 2000, they joined E.B. Horsman & Son as President & CEO. In 2013, they became a Member of TEC A Vistage Company, where they served until 2020. In 2017, they took up the role of Corporate and Canadian Board Member at Affiliated Distributors (AD) and also became a Member of YPO.
Tim Horsman has studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Royal Roads University, Marketing/Marketing Management at the Ivey Business School at Western University, and Marketing/Marketing Management at Capilano University. Tim has also earned an Advanced Diploma in Marketing/Marketing Management and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, both from Capilano University. Additionally, they have received Leadership Training and Coaching through The Executive Committee (TEC) - Vistage.
