Stephanie Voltelen Ohlsen has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Stephanie Voltelen is currently working as the Head of Strategy at e-Boks. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Strategy Execution and Senior Strategy Manager at Milestone Systems, where they were responsible for developing and executing corporate strategy, project and program management, analyses, presentations, process and workshop facilitation, change management, defining new operating models, leading teams, and supporting leaders. Stephanie Voltelen also worked as a Strategy Manager at Milestone Systems.

Before joining Milestone Systems, Stephanie worked at QVARTZ as a Senior Management Consultant, where they worked on strategic projects for Danish and global companies in industries such as software, energy, construction, technical installation, and retail. Their responsibilities included data analysis, facilitation, project management, and work stream ownership. Stephanie Voltelen also gained expertise in solving complex problems and engaging and mobilizing clients and teams.

Stephanie also has experience in working at Villa Venire A/S as a Simulation Responsible, where they introduced new ways of working through virtual simulation to participants. At Ramboll Management Consulting, they worked as a Project Assistant, focusing on benefit realization management as a business change and transformation tool for public and private organizations.

Additionally, Stephanie has held roles at Probana Business School as a Junior Consultant, where they developed a diploma course in Project Management and optimized internal business processes and procedures. Stephanie Voltelen also worked at Gaarn Thomsen & Partners A/S as a Student, supporting executive search assignments and assisting the director.

Their early work experiences include roles at Babysam as a Customer Adviser & Account Manager, where they provided customer assistance and managed large accounts, and at Danish Refugee Council as a Telemarketing Fundraiser. Stephanie also worked at Danske Bank as a Technical Supporter for NemID, providing support to customers with technical issues.

Throughout their career, Stephanie has gained experience in strategy development and execution, project and program management, data analysis, facilitation, change management, workshop facilitation, leadership, and customer service.

Stephanie Voltelen Ohlsen began their education journey in 2007 at Alssundgymnasiet Sønderborg, where they pursued a degree in STX with a focus on Mathematics A, English A, Social Science B, and Biology B. In 2011, they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School and completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology in 2014. During their time at Copenhagen Business School, Stephanie participated in an exchange program at the University of Newcastle in 2013, where they studied International Business.

In 2014, Stephanie continued their education at Copenhagen Business School and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership in 2017. Additionally, in 2015, they took part in an exchange program at Haskayne School of Business, focusing on a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Alongside their formal education, Stephanie has obtained several certifications. In 2011, they became an Advanced Open Water Diver certified by PADI. In 2016, Stephanie achieved the Managing Succesful Programmes (MSP) Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Stephanie Voltelen furthered their skills by becoming an ICF Certified Life and Business Coach from Sofia Manning in 2021. Most recently, in 2022, Stephanie obtained the SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
