Steve Spagnoli

Steve Spagnoli is a seasoned technical consultant with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently with E.C.I. NETWORKS INC. since March 2018, Spagnoli previously worked at Bell Canada from March 1998 to March 2023, serving in multiple roles including IPTV Application Specialist, IT Solutions Architect - Technical Advisor, and Technical Advisor/Operations Lab Manager. In these positions, Spagnoli provided technical support, project leadership, and architecture support for large IT projects, documented procedures, and established planning standards for system administration teams. Spagnoli holds an education from Centennial College, completed between 1978 and 1981.
