Yasemin Eda Erdal

Yasemin Eda Erdal is the founder of E-CO Consulting & Coaching, a management consultancy and executive coaching firm established in April 2015, dedicated to empowering leaders and change-makers. With a diverse background, Yasemin has served as Lead Investor at PackUpp from March 2020 to May 2025 and as Country Director at International Development Ireland from April 2015 to September 2022. Additional roles include External Project Evaluator for Horizon 2020 at the European Commission and Deputy Project Director at "Turkey in Horizon 2020." Yasemin gained experience as a Fellow in the Young Turkey Young America program with the U.S. Department of State, and as a Project Manager at G&G Consulting. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Development Specialist at Bilkent Cyberpark and a member of the Board of Directors at Ankara Development Agency. Yasemin holds degrees from notable institutions including an Executive Leadership Program from Sorbonne Université and an MBA from Bilkent University, among others.
