Robert Kaiser

Robert Kaiser has a diverse work experience in project management, consulting, coaching, and leadership roles. Robert is currently serving as the Project Management Office Lead at E-Comm 9-1-1. Robert also founded and served as the Director of Revivae Consulting, Inc., where they provided strategic guidance and delivered successful change initiatives for clients. Robert has held various positions, including Program Manager and Director of Product Delivery, at companies like lululemon, Rocky Mountaineer, SkyHive, QuadReal Property Group, and Affinity. Additionally, Robert has worked as the Coaching Service Lead at the Health Initiative for Men and as a Project Manager at TELUS and Raymond James. Robert brings a blend of skills in project management, coaching, and change management to help organizations achieve their goals.

Robert Kaiser obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Communication Sciences from Ball State University from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunications from the same university from 1988 to 1992. Robert also obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in September 2020, Accredited Values Professional from Revivae Consulting, Inc. in 2014, and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from Co-Active Training Institute in 2013. It is unknown when they attended Coach's Training Institute (CTI) and Floyd Central High School.
