Fábio Giordani

Fábio Giordani is an experienced professional in project management and technical support, currently serving as Support Manager for Development Tools at e-Core since November 2022. Fábio has been a Professor at PUCRS since March 2011, teaching Project Management subjects for postgraduate courses, and previously held a similar role at ESPM from March 2009 to December 2022. Fábio also worked as a Technical Reviewer for Project Management books at Bookman publisher (Grupo A) since March 2015. Fábio's notable experience at Dell EMC from February 2011 to November 2022 includes multiple roles such as Enterprise Support Manager, where responsibilities involved managing various technical support teams with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational performance. Fábio’s earlier career includes management and project roles at Advanced IT SA and several academic positions.
