David Willis

David Willis is an accomplished construction management professional with extensive experience in federal construction projects. Serving as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager at E-Corp since February 2009, David leads a team of over 40 employees across seven office locations in the Western US. Prior to E-Corp, David held various management positions, including Project Manager at R. Ray Ward Construction and Purchasing Manager at Rainey Homes, where responsibilities included contractor hiring, contract negotiation, and quality control inspections. David's early career also involved roles as Superintendent at both Woodside Homes and Del Webb, overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously. David holds a Bachelor's of Science in Construction Management and an Associate of Science in Engineering, both from Brigham Young University and Brigham Young University - Idaho, respectively.
