Claudia Fest

Claudia Fest is a specialist in the Department of Operational Excellence and Process Management at E.DIS Netz GmbH since August 2013, focusing on training employees in operational excellence, problem-solving, and process management. Prior to this, Claudia worked as a corporate sector information systems intern at Robert Bosch LLC, where responsibilities included developing online surveys, coordinating social media projects, and improving internship resources. Additionally, Claudia gained experience in administrative support during a congressional internship and as an industrial management assistant at E.DIS. Claudia holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Public Management from the University of Potsdam, and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Politics, and Public Administration from the same institution. Education credentials also encompass studies at the University of International Business and Economics and Harper College, as well as an associate's degree in Industrial Management.
