Laura Paul has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently working at E.DIS since December 2014 in various roles including Change Management, Talent Management, and Personal Development, where responsibilities involve creating individual development plans, organizing talent events, and managing HR communications. Prior to E.DIS, Laura held positions in office organization and client interaction at Paul & Kusatz Heizung und Sanitär GmbH, managed field research activities at aproxima Gesellschaft für Markt- und Sozialforschung mbH, and provided listener services at Antenne Thüringen. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Media Research from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and degrees from Malmö University and European-University Viadrina, along with training from thekey.academy in 2022 and 2023.
