Kadir Ozbek is an experienced project controls and cost management professional with a strong background in construction and engineering. Currently serving as Project Controls Manager at E.E. Cruz & Company, Inc. since June 2019, Kadir also holds the position of Cost and Procurement Manager at the same company since February 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Operations at Kiska Construction Inc. from November 2017 to May 2019 and from June 2007 to November 2016, respectively, where Kadir also worked as Chief Estimator. Kadir Ozbek earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University from 1987 to 1991.
