This includes leading sales teams from companies of $100M to $3B and engineering transformations to allow companies to scale sales teams that generated the needed verticalization to penetrate new markets. He has deep experience in M & A and the integration of varying sales models. His knowledge operating, scaling and leading International organizations has provided him with the experience to manage and lead complex organizations. Most recently he was COO of Progress Corporation, a publicly traded company. Previous roles included EVP Sales at Iron Mountain, and several executive management roles at Infor including President Americas and President Enterprise Systems Group.
