Sayam Bagade

Sayam R Bagade is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of e-Emphasys and also serves on e-Emphasys’ board. As a successful entrepreneur, Sayam has served in numerous capacities including project management, delivery management, operations management, building global consulting practices, product deployment strategies, setting up global operations and other executive management initiatives. His passion is to help companies leverage technology to deliver tangible results to achieve quick and long lasting ROI.

The highlight of his career is the invention of ‘Step Fast’, an implementation methodology that reduces the ERP implementation timeframe from years to few months. In his career span, he has deployed solutions for large corporations such as BOEING, Northern Telecom, Baan, Tokyo Electron and TDK-Lambda. He has also managed many complex global ERP implementations and helped companies to streamline processes, implement ERP business systems and achieve their strategic objectives from their IT investments.

Sayam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Diplomas in Computer Technology and Digital Electronics.
