Gonçalo Fernandes

Gonçalo Fernandes currently serves as the Vice President of IoT & AI Solutions Marketing at e& enterprise IoT & AI, overseeing a diverse portfolio of IoT solutions focused on sectors such as smart cities and healthcare in the UAE and KSA. Prior to this role, Gonçalo held the position of Senior Director of Emerging Technologies and Open Innovation at e& enterprise, leading initiatives in business strategy and marketing. An active member of the European Blockchain Observatory and Forum, Gonçalo aimed to foster blockchain innovation within the EU. Gonçalo also has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, having served as Vice President of IoT and M2M at du and Director of Cloud SaaS at Portugal Telecom. Earlier in the career, Gonçalo worked in marketing at Hewlett Packard and managed national accounts at Nestlé. Gonçalo's educational background includes two programs at INSEAD and a degree from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
