Eugenio de Blasio is the founder and Group CEO of Green Arrow Capital and the founder and chairman of E-GAP. They presently serve as Partner and Board Member at Setera Oy and have led and advised across renewable energy, private equity, and infrastructure investments, including roles such as President of the Board at Grapes Communications (2003–2005) and CEO of GWM Renewable Energy (2008–2012). They earned an MBA in Business Economics from Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza' (1987–1991) with 110/110 cum laude. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bac B Economie, at Lycee Chateaubriand Rome.
