Rhonda Hedrick, MBA, is a seasoned software quality advocate and consultant with extensive experience in quality engineering and team management. Currently serving as a Software Quality Advocate at E-gineering, LLC since June 2019, Rhonda specializes in user acceptance testing for Salesforce CRM implementations. Prior roles at Salesforce.com included Senior Manager of Quality Engineering, where leadership of a team of 10 software quality engineers across six Agile teams focused on employee development and cross-functional collaboration, and Manager of Quality Engineering overseeing offshore regression testing. Early experiences include positions at ExactTarget as Senior Quality Engineer, Lawler Manufacturing as Software/Business Analyst, and Made2Manage/Consona as Software Support Analyst. Rhonda holds an MBA in Financial Management and a BS in Business Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
