Kanupriya Sharma

Kanupriya Sharma is a Verbal Expert at E-Gmat. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Senior Process Engineer at SAMSUNG HEAVY INDUSTRIES INDIA Pvt. Ltd. from April 2016 to February 2018. During their time there, they were responsible for FEED/detailed engineering of offshore production facilities. This included developing simulations, PFDs and P&IDs, sizing and selection of equipment, preparation of Process Datasheets, Equipment specifications, Material Selection Report and Cause & Effect Charts. Kanupriya also has a good knowledge of International Codes & Standards.

During their time at SAMSUNG HEAVY INDUSTRIES INDIA Pvt. Ltd., Kanupriya also worked on the development of an In-house tool for Material Selection Study. Kanupriya was also briefly involved in the Egina FPSO project, where they prepared the Material Selection Diagram for Hull side. In addition, they were responsible for the Additional Development of Vasai East Project Prebid Engineering, which comprised of Process Simulation, PFD and P&ID Markup, Preparation of Equipment List, Separator sizing, Pump calculations, and Preparation of Equipment Datasheets.

Kanupriya’s most notable achievement during their time at SAMSUNG HEAVY INDUSTRIES INDIA Pvt. Ltd. was their involvement in the INPEX Masela FLNG FEED project of Abadi Gas Field development. The project consisted of a floating LNG storage and offloading facility, as well as LNG and Condensate systems. Kanupriya’s responsibilities included the preparation of P&IDs, Cause and Effect Diagram, Process Safeguarding Flow Schemes, and HAZOP closeout reports.

In addition to their work at SAMSUNG HEAVY INDUSTRIES INDIA Pvt. Ltd., Kanupriya also developed an in-house tool for PSV sizing (Fire case). Kanupriya was given the "Star Performer of Process Department" award for the Quarter- Jan’14-Mar’14. Kanupriya was also an active volunteer of Samsung Heavy Industries CSR Team and part of Quality team at SHI-I which looked after the documentation for the certification and is currently taking care of implementation of ISO 9001-14001 standards.

Kanupriya Sharma has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology. Kanupriya also has a XI and XII Standard from St. Mary's Academy in Saharanpur, and a High School diploma from Sophia Girls High School in Saharanpur.

They are on a team with Tamal Samanta - Quant Expert, Shraddha Jaiswal - Verbal Expert, and Ashutosh Mishra - Quant Expert. Their manager is Krishna Chaitanya, Verbal Expert Lead.
