Anne Nurmik is currently a Technology Project Manager at e-Governance Academy. Anne has previously held positions as a Customer Service Director, Development Manager of Public Services, Customer Service Manager, and Head of Customer Service Department.
Anne has extensive experience in customer service and administration, and has been responsible for the improvement and redesign of service processes and customer feedback methods. Anne has also been responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive company-wide design methodology for public services.
Anne is a skilled project manager with a proven track record in successfully transitioning towards process and service-based management. Anne is passionate about improving customer service and providing an excellent customer experience.
Anne Nurmik has a Master’s in business administration from The University of Tartu and a Master’s in social sciences from Estonian Business School. Anne also has a Bachelor’s in financial analysis from International University Audentes.
Anne Nurmik reports to Tõnis Mäe, Senior Expert on Digital Transformation. They are on a team with Uuno Vallner - Senior Expert on Interoperability, Heiko Vainsalu - Programme Director of Technology.
