Arvo Ott

Arvo Ott is the current Director of e-Government Technologies at e-Governance Academy. Arvo was previously a member of the Estonian Informatics Council, where they advised on policy issues on eGov. Arvo also served as head of department of state information systems at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications from January 1993 to January 2005.

Arvo Ott graduated from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology with a degree in engineering.

They work with Tõnis Mäe - Senior Expert on Digital Transformation, Marit Lani - Programme Director of Smart Governance, and Annela Kiirats - Programme Director of e-Governance Training. Arvo Ott reports to Hannes Astok, Executive Director.
