Ingrid Toonekurg

Ingrid Toonekurg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles within the technology and governance sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Management Board at e-Governance Academy since February 2024, Ingrid focuses on project success and the well-being of experts. Previously, Ingrid held various leadership positions at Microsoft from December 2005 to May 2023, including BizApps & PowerPlatform Specialist Team Lead and Country Manager for Estonia. Ingrid's earlier career includes roles at IBM, Concordia International University Estonia, and the Estonian Ministry of Finance, showcasing a strong foundation in sales management and project oversight. Ingrid holds an MBA in International Business from Concordia International University Estonia and completed secondary education at Miina Härma Gümnaasium and Georgetown Day High School.
