Ilena Wells is an experienced operations professional with a background in various administrative and technical roles. Currently serving as an Operations Assistant at The E Group since September 2021, Ilena excels in dispatching, communication, and using specialized computer applications. Prior experience includes positions such as Engineering Assistant II at the Alabama Department of Transportation, where monitoring traffic flow and roadway conditions was key, and as an Office Assistant at Havertys Furniture, focusing on customer service and transaction processing. Additional roles include leadership positions in retail and technical work as an Engineering Technician with the US Army Corps of Engineers. Ilena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Faulkner University and two Associate degrees from Bishop State Community College in Drafting and Design Technology and Business Administration.
