Rajasekhar Gopalajosyula has over 15 years experience in the practice of law, the legal process outsourcing industry, angel investments and business consulting. He specializes in legal due diligence, contract drafting, review & management, operations set-up for start-up entities, contract review and management, M&A, legal research, litigation support, real estate transaction advisory, title verification, business valuation, among others.

Rajasekhar holds a B.A., B.L. (Hons.) from the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India, and an M.B.A. from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India. He also holds a Diploma in Information Technology Laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune, India.
