Cynthia Guizzetti

Cynthia Guizzetti has over 18 years of legal experience. Cynthia began their career as an Attorney at Bingham McCutchen LLP, where they handled complex commercial litigation and conducted internal investigations. Cynthia then joined Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP as a Partner, representing corporate, non-profit, and individual clients in business, environmental, and probate litigation. In 2016, they transitioned to E Ink Corporation, initially serving as a Corporate Counsel before being promoted to Senior Counsel and later becoming an Associate General Counsel. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Legal at E Ink Corporation, where they advise on various business issues such as intellectual property transactions, privacy laws, and corporate transactions. Cynthia also manages and directs all litigation, including patent litigation. Additionally, Cynthia briefly worked as a Special Assistant District Attorney at the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office in 2005.

Cynthia Guizzetti received their BA in German Studies from Wellesley College between 1994 and 1998. Cynthia then pursued further education at Boston College Law School, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 1999 to 2002. No specific field of study is provided for their J.D. degree.
