WHAT WE DO

We facilitate peer2peer coaching sessions among fellow-lawyers (attorneys-at-law, in-house counsel, civil-law notaries, and tax lawyers) about work-related dilemmas. During those discussions, participating lawyers coach and learn from each other. 

WHO WE ARE

Our facilitators leading those peer2peer coaching sessions are experienced lawyers who know the challenges lawyers are facing. They also know the culture. Most of them practiced at big law firms for years before starting a new career as independent lawyer, trusted advisor, or in-house counsel. Their experience makes for natural and effective facilitators for fellow-lawyers. They all qualify under the Quality regulations for attorneys-at-law (Kwaliteitstoetsen voor de advocatuur).
