Dana Fields

Dana Fields is an accomplished professional in the field of art direction and photography, currently serving as the Senior Art Director for eCommerce at E.L.F. BEAUTY since May 2024. Previously, Dana held the position of Senior Director, Creative and Brand for Eloquii and CUUP at FULLBEAUTY Brands from January to April 2024, and worked at Victoria's Secret Pink between December 2018 and January 2024 as Art Director and Associate Art Director in photography. Prior experiences include roles as Photo Director and Photo Producer at The Moret Group, Freelance Fashion Stylist/Photo Art Director at Century 21 Stores, and Associate Art Director for MyHabit.com at Amazon, among others. Dana's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from New York University and further studies at Parsons School of Design and Syracuse University.
