Jill S. Bailey

Jill S. Bailey is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as the Senior Field Sales Director for E.L.F. BEAUTY since April 2022, Jill has previously held various leadership roles at Coty from August 2013 to April 2022, including Sales Director, National Sales Director, and Regional Sales Director. Prior to that, Jill worked at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics as the Eastern Field Sales Director from October 2007 to August 2013 and started as an Account Executive at Guerlain from November 2002 to October 2007. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English from Seton Hall University.
