Jonathan Anak Galan

Jonathan anak Galan has a diverse work experience in the field of video production and photography. Jonathan currently works as the Art Director of Video at E.L.F. Beauty, where they direct and shoots major campaign launches across various brands. Jonathan is responsible for leading video launch campaigns from pitching to shooting and works closely with the Creative Director and EP. Jonathan also advises and executes creative video integrations for campaign launches.

Prior to their current role, Jonathan served as the Director of Photography at JonathananakGalan, where they worked with clients like Rent The Runway and e.l.f. Jonathan also worked as a Senior Creative in Video Production at Webqlo Sdn Bhd, heading the in-house digital video production campaigns for clients such as Rakuten Trade and Avon Beauty.

Jonathan has additional experience as a Photo/Video Consultant at SheFinds Media and as a Supplemental Instruction Leader at Arizona State University. Jonathan also worked as a Photojournalist at The State Press and was a Docent at the Gallery of Scientific Exploration at Arizona State University, giving tours and showcasing various exhibits.

Jonathan anak Galan attended Arizona State University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film and Media Production with a focus on Cinematography.
