Kritika Pande has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kritika started their career at Deutsche Bank, where they worked as a Sales and Acquisition Manager and later as a Service Relationship Manager in the Private Banking division. Kritika then transitioned to a marketing role at Ogilvy & Mather, where they served as a Client Servicing and Account Planning Associate, managing brand launches and marketing campaigns for top clients. After that, they worked as an Intern at Grameen Foundation and later as a Relationship Manager at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. At Shaklee Corporation, they held two positions, working as an International Marketing Intern and later as an International Digital Marketing Specialist. Kritika then joined Seagate Technology as a Demand Generation Marketing Manager. Prior to their current role, they worked at E.L.F. Beauty as a Digital Marketing Data Specialist and later as a Data and Mobile Innovation Manager before being promoted to Senior Manager of Data and Mobile Innovation. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Growth Channels at E.L.F. Beauty. Throughout their career, Kritika has gained experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and portfolio management.

Kritika Pande holds a Master's degree in Global Business Management and Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Before that, they completed an MBA in Marketing from Infinity Business School from 2009 to 2011. Kritika also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Delhi University, which they earned from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Kritika has a high school diploma from Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan.
