Nicolle Anderson

Nicolle Anderson is an experienced professional in product marketing and innovation, currently serving as a Global Upstream Product Innovation Consultant at E.L.F. BEAUTY since March 2025. In addition to self-employment as a Marketing & Innovation Consultant since January 2022, Nicolle has held prominent roles including Senior Director of Global Product Marketing & Innovation at Arbonne from February 2020 to November 2021, where impactful strategies for growth and sustainability were implemented. Prior to this, Nicolle was Director of Global Product Marketing & Innovation at Benefit Cosmetics from September 2016 to June 2019, contributing significantly to the brand's strategy and innovations in a competitive market. Nicolle took a planned career break from July 2019 to January 2020 for full-time parenting.
