Noelle Urban is a Social Media Intern at E.L.F. BEAUTY, responsible for analyzing content growth and enhancing engagement across various digital platforms. As an Associate Consultant with The Bruin Group, Noelle collaborates on personalized business strategies for startups and established companies. In the role of Vice President of Finance for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, Noelle manages a budget exceeding $1,200,000 and prepares financial presentations to promote transparency among members. Previous experience includes tutoring English at Ringle, developing marketing strategies as a Business Development Intern for the Consumer Compassion Coalition, and serving as a Receptionist at Artisan Salon. Currently pursuing a Psychology degree at UCLA, Noelle has demonstrated a commitment to professional growth and community engagement since graduating from C. K. McClatchy High School in 2022.
