Tara Gambill

Tara Gambill has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various industries. Tara is currently working as the VP of SAP Strategy & Implementation at E.L.F. Beauty since 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Board Member at ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group from 2017, where they played a crucial role in overseeing the strategy, policy, finances, and future direction of the organization.

Tara also has experience in the restaurant industry, where they worked at MOD Pizza from 2016 to 2023. During their tenure, they held multiple roles including Sr. Director Enterprise Systems, Director of SAP/IT, Interim Head of IT, and Sr. Program Manager IT. Tara'sresponsibilities involved providing thought leadership, strategic technology roadmaps, and best practices for enterprise systems, managing 3rd party implementation teams, and supporting the delivery and realization of SAP solutions.

Prior to MOD Pizza, Tara worked as a Program Management Consultant at Precor in 2016, leading a cross-functional program to implement Salesforce.com Configure, Price Quote functionality. Tara also worked as a Business Architecture/Technical Program Management at Binary Anvil in 2015, where they facilitated the identification of business operating models and evaluated enterprise technology tools.

Furthermore, Tara has a strong background in enterprise architecture and systems analysis. Tara worked at Outerwall from 2007 to 2015 as a Sr. Enterprise Architect and Sr. Systems Analyst. In these roles, they collaborated with business unit owners and domain architects to align IT investments with business objectives, established and managed the Enterprise Business Architecture COE, and played a key role in Outerwall's SAP ECC implementation.

Tara's career began at Coinstar in 1997, where they held various positions including IT Project Manager, Application Specialist/HR Training Specialist, and Application Developer.
