Ashley M. is an experienced regulatory affairs and special effects makeup professional with a diverse background in the industry. Currently serving as the Regulatory Affairs Manager at E.L.F. BEAUTY since May 2020, Ashley also operates as a Freelance Special Effects Makeup Artist since June 2003, specializing in medical simulations and training for military branches, law enforcement, and government agencies. Previous roles include Regulatory Manager at W3LL PEOPLE and Makeup Supervisor at Lexicon Consulting, where Ashley enhanced training realism through expert special effects makeup. Further foundational experience was gained at Strategic Operations as a Makeup Artist.
