Arturo Alvarez

Arturo Alvarez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Tier 3 IT Support Representative at eMDs since June 2016, Arturo specializes in providing support and troubleshooting for the eMDs Solution Series software.
